Rebecca M. Susman

MSW, LSW

Hello! I am an intersectional communications, organizing, and advocacy strategist and facilitator with over two decades of experience. I also produce and host the (In)Accessible Podcast. I collaborate closely with organizations, providing a culturally responsive perspective in both English and Spanish.

I have extensive experience designing and implementing outreach and communications programs, directing communications and advocacy strategy, facilitating panels and interviews on complex topics, and leading significant membership growth initiatives. Throughout my career I have worked closely with a variety of reproductive rights, incarcerated people’s rights, transportation equity, economic justice, and people’s history organizations, among others. I have created nationally-recognized programs on gender issues and public safety.

My innovative work has been highlighted in national media outlets including Grist, Upworthy, The New York Times, and The Washington Post, among others.
