Hello! I am an intersectional communications, organizing, development, and advocacy strategist and facilitator with two decades of experience helping to translate complex issues into compelling, public-facing work. As a media producer, interviewer, and communications strategist. I develop and produce issue-driven podcasts, documentary projects, advocacy campaigns, and storytelling grounded in a strong understanding of progressive politics, public policy, government systems, nonprofit advocacy, and economic justice.

I bring expertise in researching complex political, legal, labor, healthcare, and human rights issues and distilling them for broader audiences; identifying and booking expert and on-the-ground sources; conducting interviews; fact-checking, writing, and editing; and managing production logistics and projects across multiple stakeholders. Most recently, I produced and hosted the (In)Accessible Podcast.

I collaborate closely with organizations to develop and implement culturally responsive communications and outreach strategies in English and Spanish, informed by the policy and political landscape. I bring extensive experience directing communications and advocacy strategy, designing and implementing outreach programs and campaigns, facilitating panels and interviews on complex topics, and leading membership growth initiatives. I have also drafted and edited several successful large-scale grants.

Throughout my career, I have worked with reproductive rights and access, incarcerated people’s rights, transportation equity, housing justice, economic justice, and people’s history organizations. I have also created nationally-recognized programs on gender issues and public safety. My work has been highlighted in national media outlets including Grist, Upworthy, The New York Times, and The Washington Post.
